Announcing Our High School Speech Contest Winners
During a very special meeting April 9th, students representing Lee’s Summit’s three public high schools competed in the finals our Four-Way Speech Competition.
To earn a spot in the finals, students were chosen as the top of their respective school’s competitions, as judged by club members, in an effort headed by Blake McKinney. The finalists were:
- Cameron Sims - Lee's Summit West - Overall Winner (Picture 1)
- Jack Ames - Lee's Summit High School - 3rd Place (Picture 2)
- Sydney Wilson - Lee's Summit North - 2nd Place (Picture 3)
